Payment Of Negotiable Instrument On Which Scratching And erasing Or Alteration Is Not Apparent
When a Negotiable Instrument
has been materially scratched and erased or altered but does not appear to have been such things or crossing does not appear in a cross Cheque,
Payment in due Course shall discharge such person or Bank from his/her or its liability thereon.
